ProDoc

ProDoc is software for drafting forms which you install on your computer. The install will last for one semester only. The ProDoc software assists in drafting forms for filing in court. You select the type of form you need, answer a series of questions about the client's case, and then ProDoc uses those questions to create a first draft of the form.

ProDoc is only availble free of charge to current law students. Please do not share this registration code. Please go to the circulation desk to request the code for the current semester..

Step-by-step instructions on installing ProDoc are located here: You MUST download and follow these instructions: http://www.prodoc.com/support/articles/student-install-instructions.pdf

Important Information about ProDoc:

1. This is a Microsoft Windows®-based product only and will not run on a Mac computer.

2. Your installation is only good for one semester at a time. When the semester ends, go to the law library's website and find the link to these instructions. If a new install code is not available, or you have any trouble with the install, please contact Stacy Fowler.

Manuals

Both instructor and student manuals are available for ProDoc. You will find that these are valuable resources as a supplement to any class work related to ProDoc. You can download the manuals using these links:

Instructor Manual: http://www.prodoc.com/schools/TX-CoreCurriculum-instructor.pdf

Student Manual: http://www.prodoc.com/schools/TX-CoreCurriculum-student.pdf

Please ask your instructors to send to me any feedback about suggested enhancements, errors to be corrected, etc.
